Hi, I'm Nele
Good to meet you here.

I used to work as a corporate lawyer.
I know what work pressure feels like: the pace, the deadlines,
the constant feeling of needing to be available.
For a long time, I thought that was just how it was.

Until I realised this way of working comes at a price.
Not work itself – we need it – but the way we approach performance today.

Somewhere along the way, we forgot that performing well doesn’t have to come at a cost.

There is another way.

I went back to school.

A master’s degree in psychology, combined with countless courses and stacks of books. Years of studying, learning, testing and applying.

What I learned: high performance and human wellbeing are not opposites. Both people and organisations have everything to gain from a way of working that fits how we actually function as human beings.

Investing in more bandwidth doesn’t mean less output. It means better output — without the price we’re currently paying for it.

Change is a practice

Change isn’t one big moment where everything suddenly shifts. It’s practice: daring to look, experimenting, falling and starting over.

It’s a way of life.

I work with and for organisations that are building sustainable growth for their people and their results. And with individuals who want to discover how to live and work better.

Inner Wisdom Trails is where science and practice meet.

Inner Wisdom Trails – the wisdom is already there. Sometimes you just need to follow the way back to it.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside, in nature,
or around the table with my husband and children.

I’m not looking for a summer house in Sweden or a remote valley in France.
I live here, in the midst of a full life.
Between kids, household, emails, appointments,
deadlines, moments of quiet and dreams.

Because that’s where growth happens.
Not in isolation, but in connection.

Not away from life, but right in the middle of it.
Here. Now.
